    This magnificent chalet is located in Gsteig (10 minutes from Gstaad), at the border of the village and adjacent to the agricultural zone. The older part dates back to 1775 and the newer part, a former joinery, dates back to the early 1900. The whole chalet was fully renovated and partly rebuilt in 2009. 
    The architect brilliantly succeeded to maintain and even enhance the unique charme of the antique part, while bringing it to the 21st century technically speaking. The more recent part was wholly rebuilt and offers volumes that are very rare in our region. 

    Without a doubt one of the very nice chalets in our region. Following a study made recently, it would be no problem to e.g. build an indoor-pool in the basement.

    This chalet offers, among other elements: a separate unit for e.g. employees, a total of 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a sauna, an elevator throughout the whole house, 2 great living rooms, a huge modern & open kitchen, ample storage, offices,  ... in short: generous space and volumes which were very intelligently organized in an impeccable manner and great style.

    Ce magnifique chalet, sis à Gsteig (à 10 minutes de Gstaad), dont une partie date de 1775 et l’autre, un ex-atelier de menuiserie, du début des années 1900, fut entièrement et totalement rénové en 2009 et se trouve juste en dehors du centre du village et aux abords de la zone agricole.

    L’architecte a su préserver, voire accentuer le charme de la partie ancienne, tout en l'amenant, techniquement parlant, dans le 21ème siècle. La partie plus récente fut bâti dans un style moderne et offre des volumes d'une générosité particulièrement rare dans notre région.
